By asking me for a commission you accept the terms stated herein.
I always reserve the right to choose which commissions to accept and which to reject.
If the client does not comply with these terms, I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time.
I do not provide PSDs or layered files. If the client wants a PNG/transparent background file, please ask for it before the commission starts.

Payment must be made in advance, in full, or in special cases, I accept payment in 2 parts (50% in advance and 50% on delivery) - I only accept payment in € and via PayPal or bank transfer.

There are no refunds or cancellations once the commission has been accepted and paid.

How does it work?
At the time of contact, the customer can provide all the references they deem appropriate for the commission (pose, character description, photo ref for the outfit, etc.).
Once the commission is accepted, the client will proceed with the payment, and I will provide a preliminary sketch in the next 3-5 days.
We can work on the sketch until we get the result we want, but once the client has accepted the sketch, no more substantial changes can be made - Requests for changes (such as pose or outfit) will incur an additional cost.
The processing time for the commission varies from 10 to 30-40 days depending on the amount of work in the period and the complexity of the commission.
If a specific deadline is required, the client must communicate this before the commission is accepted - very tight deadlines will result in an additional fee.
If I have any problems or delays, the client will be notified immediately.
